Serve all Defendants of the case short sales and foreclosures in Orlando Florida

The attorney will name just about everyone on the initial Lis Pendens.  This will include you, your spouse, any tenants, HOA, unknown spouse, Jane Doe, John Doe.  This is to mainly identify all potential parties.  The Sheriff department will try to serve all parties listed.  You may receive a knock at your door late at night by serving you, thus notifying you, of the Lis Pendens.  If a party cannot be physically served then the lender is required to publish the notice of foreclosure typically in a newspaper.  If the party doesn't respond to the notice of publication within 30 days then the court considers the lender has made an attempt to serve the party and the case continues.
